If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to PuppyGo in 30 days and a lifetime against manufacture defect.When you return an item, your refund and how your refund is issued may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased. For sanitary and health reasons, we CANNOT accept PuppyGo returns that has been used by your dog.
